Håkan “Hooken” Nilsson has tragically passed away after a short illness at his home in Victoria, BC, Canada on November 9th. Håkan was a key player in MRC's 1st XV during the 70s and 80s. A very strong prop and a fantastic tackler who played more than 100 games for the club and scored almost 100 points – not bad for a first liner!
