Dear members and dear fans,
Malmö rugby club is looking to reinforce its volunteers team as without the time, energy and commitment of volunteers, rugby simply would not happen. If you would like to get involved in volunteering at your local rugby club there are a number of ways to make it happen.

Volunteer at Gameday

On game day we need people to take care of:
  • Prepareing the pitch before game
  • The entrance fee of the stadium
  • The kiosk
  • The grill
  • Scoreboard
  • Help our streamer with tech
  • Take down pitch after the game
  • Drive to pitch with stuff/leave stuff after at the clubhouse

Volunteer in the social committee

The social committee does things like:
  • Host game viewing during the fall/winter
  • Organize 3 half
  • Go shopping for food and beverages
  • Plan and execute fundraising events like “quiz-night” and “annual dinner”
  • Help the kiosk
  • “Players Thursdays” – food and sauna after training for all members

Occational

Volunteer during events like Malmo open 7s, national camps and games or tournaments. We need more people during events, sign up and be a part of our happy team in the eventgroup of Malmö Rugby Club where you help in the planning of events, organizing events and helping out during designated events (2-4 times/ Year)

Clubhouse

Help us keep renovating and fixing small stuff at the club.
  • Organize cleaning days
  • Fill up cleaning supplies etc. by going shopping
  • Help improving the clubhouse
